Insight, Culture, Team and Group Interventions.

Face to Face or Virtually.

 

Face to Face interventions and workshops are typically held in either 2 hour, 1/2 or whole day sessions depending on the focus and your requirements. We can run the sessions in a suitable room in your workplace or in an external venue.

Virtual sessions are typically held in either 2 to 4-hour sessions to stop virtual fatigue, with comfort breaks and interactive elements utilised, chat, poll, annotation of slides and breakout rooms.

                                          

Depending on the size of the group we will either use one or two facilitators per session.

At Insight Works style of delivery is important. We want any learning or insight gained to stick and we want our participants to have learnt something valuable and to have enjoyed taking part.

With backgrounds in Psychology and Learning & Development, we adopt an experiential learning style, where all participants are actively taking part in the session to enhance the learning experience.

​

As experienced facilitators we ensure our workshops and intervention programmes are engaging for all, whilst offering the right balance between support and challenge.
 

After an initial free 30 min phone consultation, we will:

Meet to discuss 
requirements in depth
to assess need via initial insights workshops and / or discovery interviews to gather current insight from employees and other key stakeholders
to understand where
you are now and where you want to be.

Use initial insight to devise tailored intervention programme for a team or organisation; with the option to use 360, Psychometric and emotional intelligence tools.

Run engaging sessions
to ensure active participation. To clearly establish what success looks like, what change needs to happen to get there and set clear goals to get results. Ensure learnings are pragmatic, future focused and actionable.

Re-visit 3-6 months later to run end of programme insight workshop to evaluate achievements, keep on track and identify further changes and adapt.
